Can I order seafood online?

Yes, you can order from our website. All perishable goods are packaged with Ice blocks to ensure freshness upon delivery.

We offer fast both local delivery and nationwide shipping options. You can view our products in the catalog or contact us in any way convenient for you to clarify the details. We will be happy to help you!

Shipping information

We ship anywhere in the Continental US

All our seafood is guaranteed to arrive fresh and in perfect condition.

Perishable items are shipped overnight via UPS Next Day Air Saver®, UPS Next Day Air®, UPS Next Day Air Early®, and UPS 2nd Day Air®.

  • UPS Next Day Air Saver® guarantees next business day delivery by 3:00 p.m. to major cities.
  • UPS Next Day Air® guarantees next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to major cities.
  • UPS Next Day Air Early® guarantees next business day delivery by 8:00 a.m. to major cities in the 48 contiguous states.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air® guarantees 2nd business day delivery by 10:30 am or 12:00 p.m. to major cities.

For UPS Next Day Air Saver®, UPS Next Day Air®, and UPS Next Day Air Early®:

  • Orders placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Thursday are processed and shipped to you on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Wednesday are processed and shipped on the next business day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time on Thursday and all day Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are processed and shipped on Monday.

All products should be inspected immediately upon arrival.

Free delivery

For Florida, free shipping on $200 and up.

When ordering less than $200, delivery cost is $10.

How do you ensure the freshness of your seafood?

We have strict quality control measures in place, including temperature-controlled storage and fast delivery from dock to store.

How should I store my seafood once I get home?

Most seafood should be kept in the coldest part of your refrigerator and consumed within two days. For longer storage, freezing is recommended.

Can you accommodate special orders or requests?

We’re happy to try and fulfill special orders. Please contact us in advance to discuss your needs.
